In My Sleep: Phase 1
The video shows short excerpts from the 2nd section of this work. In this piece I explore the use of physioballs (exercise balls) and movement following the elements of time, energy and space. This work has further development and exploration to complete the idea. I would like to develop into three sections: Stage 1-the beginning of the sleep cycle, Stage 2- REM sleep and Stage 3-rest then repeat.
